A Reparations & Reconciliation Giving Circle

This experience is for US-based White bodied entrepreneurs and leaders with a burning passion for justice who are ready to step into their next level of liberatory leadership to truly embody radical repair.

For us, radical repair is the type of repair that is rooted in truth and reconciliation and makes tangible amends with your dollars and with your actions for the wounds of Indigenous land theft & genocide and the trafficking, exploitation, & enslavement of Black Africans and all of the subsequent atrocities that have been committed against our people.

It’s a repair that reckons with the foundation of racial settler capitalism on which white privilege is built and asks the question “how do I use my power and unearned privilege to dismantle this foundation and follow the leadership of Black & Indigenous peoples to build the future rooted in ALL of our inherent dignity?”

It’s also the type of repair that requires deep integration with the body through somatic practice and presence work to expand your nervous system’s capacity to hold discomfort, decenter whiteness, and create a bodily awareness of where oppressive behaviors show up.

We’re taking all of this on in community in the most revolutionary, expansive, and deeply impactful experience that exists…The Rooted in Repair - Reparations and Reconciliation Giving Circle

Where we're redistributing money 💰 to fund Reparations & Land Back while engaging in a truth and reconciliation process (similar to the post-Apartheid Truth & Reconciliation Commission in South Africa) ˆwith Black & Indigenous change-makers, land stewards, storytellers, history-makers, activists & more!

The Reparations & Reconciliation Circle is structured as a 5 month experience (September 2026- January 2027) where each month centers a different social justice issue area of repair linked to Indigenous genocide &/or chattel slavery in the US, which we’ll explore through...

Truth and Reconciliation Talks with some of the most incredible Black, Indigenous, and Afro-Indigenous change-makers, land stewards, storytellers and activists where you'll get to bear dignified witness to their stories, histories, and experiences.

Group Check Ins where you get to be in community with your fellow cohort mates, ask questions, and discuss what you're processing through.

Super attentive somatic integration sessions with support that centers your humanity as you move through feelings, programming, triggers and all the messy things that come with this type of radical work.

And redistributing funds 💰 as a group (1/4 million for our first cohort) toward Reparations and Land Back

We’ll be hosting a total of 3 calls per month, one of which is optional, and you'll also get support through our private podcast that includes foundational lessons custom curated based on the needs of the group, and bonus sessions like private group soundbaths and other sessions that support your integration of this revolutionary repair work.

We've intentionally made the schedule for this experience spacious to best support you in this process.

Sample Schedule (actual example of what our first month in this container will look like)

For our first month we’ll actually get to make reparations to and get to speak with Mother Lessie Benningfield Randle who is the very last remaining survivor of the Tulsa Race massacre and has been fighting for reparations for over 100 years and we’ll get to be the ones who finally make that dream a reality for her. We are truly creating repair that has been generations in the making and I 100% believe the ripple effects of this work are going to be so far beyond what we can even imagine!
